White Milky Urine (Chyluria)
I am 39 years old. I am having white milky urine (Chyluria) since two months without pain or other symptoms. Milky urine is intermittent, when fasting disappears and comeback after having fatty food. Consultant Doctors tried almost all antibiotics assuming that its an infection but no result. Once I had this problem 15 years back when I was infected with a stomach worm, after taking conventional medicine, worm was removed in stool which I saw myself, after which the problem of white urine disappeared completely. Now after 15 years I am facing the same problem, this time I am not sure whether Chyluria is due to stomach worm or filiariasis or stress, because since 6 months I am facing too much personal problem in my life and having stress. Since two months I have done full research on my symptoms and finally came to know that its a chyluria. Please kindly suggest the available treatment for immediate relief and also life long treatment available and its cost. Thanks.

Chyluria is usually due to Filariasis. A course of anti-filarial treatment, repeated over several months may help. If persistent, surgery to help relieve the lymphatic obstruction may be considered.
Next Steps
Physician consultation.
