White lump in period

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello doctor. Last Saturday I touched my boyfriend's precum and after few minutes inserted that finger inside me. Being scared of getting pregnant within 5 hours I took ipill. Initially I didn't notice any side effect. But today I got my period. I am a patient of PCOS as well. I noticed a white lump in my period blood. It looked like a thick membrane. Can you please tell me what it was?
