Hi. Due to an injury that happened to my eye, I have a white dot on my eye lens, it's a small dot compared to the lens, but it's still noticeable if someone focuses. is that cataract? I had it for the last 15 years with no pain, it just tears more than the other eye when in a dusty road, It also hurts a little in bright sunny days and I makes me lean my head down to get away from the sun.

A white dot on your lens would be difficult to see externally with the naked eye. I’m unsure as to whether it’s a cataract without examining you or seeing any photos.
In any case seeing an ophthalmologist might be beneficial as they might suggest a remedy for the same.
