This problem is due to hormonal imbalance or change.secondly itching vulva is due to local infection.
Next Steps
weight gain and other symptoms is due to hormonal imbalance.
wash the affected area with antiseptic solution and apply antiseptic and antifungal cream affected area thrice daily upto one week.

Itching... Then probably fungal infection
Foul smelling then bacterial vaginosis

For fungal infection take
TAB FLUCONAZOLE 150MG 1 tab daily for 10 days
Cap Sporolac I cap to be kept inside vagina twice a day for 3 days... Helps stabilise the normal flora
