Hi. Some amount of discharge is absolutely normal for every female, but if the discharge is too much, is foul smelling or is associated with perineal itching, then you should consult a local gynaecologist. Increase your fluid intake & wear cotton under garments.

White discharge if not smelly and not itchy is all ok . It is due to secretions from glands in vagina. It causes moisture and is rather necessary to have during sex . Having discharge is not a disease. In order it not to get infected please observe thorough hygiene and keep the are dry after every act of going to the loo.

Little white discharge is common throughout the cycle and the consistency of the discharge also varies through out the cycle depending upon the hormonal changes in the cycle. If the discharge is foul-smelling and excess in amount and is causing symptoms like itching ,then it needs treatment as it can be an indication of local infection.
