  4. White discharge. Then again it starts?

I am suffering from Reoccurent some times heavy watery discharge sometimes thick discharge with no smell and and no Itching and there is a pain in legs I am sexually active previously I am suffered with UTI and pruritis Vulvae ,white discharge and with smell and my partner doesnt have any symptoms Is it STD? why is it keep on occuring if I use medicines it will stop and then again it starts ???
