I am 27 yrs old and Unmarried girl..
I am having white discharge and sometimes itchiness eventhough if I clean my private part properly.. I don't know the reason. Can you please advise what needs to done to avoid this.

Cansoft CL vaginum pessary for 6 nights at bedtime when not having periods

Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
If still no relief get blood sugar test done and thyroid test done.
Take lots of curds and buttermilk
