Hlo sir/ Ma'am... I'm a 19yrs old girl, n I have a problem of white discharge before and after my periods and the texture of this is milkish white in color and sticky form, please tell me is there any serious health issue.

If its not foul smelling ,does not stains your undergarments significantly and are not causing any itching then this s probably normal vaginal secretions. However you can use lactacyd hygiene wash for perineal hygiene regularly
