White Discharge from one eye of NBB

My new born baby boy having litle white colour discharge from one eye.We are cleaning with cotton along with normal water.But after 2-3 hrs again its coming.Last time baby touch his nail in the eye that same problem occured and doctor gave us one eye droper TOBASTAR which we gave to baby two days but now have no use.Please help us out sir/Mam. Regard-Sohan paul(J&k)
