White discharge from 1week
A lot of pain in lower abdomen and continuous white discharge since one week. Fever , cough with phlegm, severe backache unable to stand or sit for 5min. Please suggest me good medicine and home tips to overcome this problem. Thank you.

Take T.Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 7days for white discharge and low backache.
Avoid sexual intercourse for 10days.
For cough and fever take T.Sinarest twice a day for 3days. And do warm water gargling daily.
