Hi doctor, I am having a white dirt inside my penis foreskin from 1 month. Also I get irritations because of that. I am washing it with warm water daily, but still it start getting dirt after sometimes. How to get ride of this kind of issue. Also I was not able to pull back the foreskin, but I forced to pull back to clean and skin got teared.
