White coat syndrome
I get severe anxiety in medical setting,my heart rate goes up to 130 to 140 at office,bp 140s/90s .but in home it stays below 120/80 with heartrate 70 to 80.i have two bp machine at home,both shows same reading..my cardiologist did ecg,echo,kft and thyroid test everything came back normal.doctor asked me to reduce stress,do meditation.is white coat syndrome dangerous will it cause organ damage.i am currently in therapy for my anxiety
