Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi Prenatal or All 9 which is recommended for 3 month before planning pregnancy ? Or is there any other medicine better than these ? Is All 9 and All 9D Same ? Can we also consume vitamin C &zinc capsules? Thank you in advance

Tablet All9D is combination of DHA FOLIC ACID AND PYRIDOXINE so this is not required before pregnancy u can take only folic acid 5mg daily once after food for 3mnths.u can add vitamins and minerals also.
