Which specialist should i visit

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hello, I took out 2-3 tests and had serveral medicine course as well but everytime my urine test is showing UTI - Urine infection. I took out sonography and the result says 'both ovaries show multiple tiny peripherally arranged foliclls with echogenic stroma. Polycystic appearance of ovaries.I have gained weight and get irritated easily', low sex drive and other changes as well. So i wanted to know which specialist should i consult? urology OR gynec OR endocrimonologist? what could be the actual issue?
