Which oral contraceptive can I choose ?
I am a 25 year girl in a committed relationship. I had a cyst in my left ovary which dissolved naturally and pleural effusion in my right lung . At this given time I am healed of both and not taking any medicines whatsoever . Kindly suggest me the best oral contraceptives which don't have adverse long term side effects . My periods are almost regular and there is less cramping more bloating .

I think you can take hormonal monthly pills.
Or may be if you want to avoid medicines, why don't you ask the guy to use a condom.
It's plain and simple.
