My daughter is 1 month old. I am falling too shirt of breast milk so I have to start some supplement.
I still try to breast feed her enough but the milk produced is not enough to fulfil her diet.
Initially doctor recommended double toned milk as supplement.
Later we started formula nan pro1
But recently I came across the word cronobacter infection (life threatening)caused due to powdered formula milk.
This had made us reluctant to use formula milk.
What should we prefer as supplement?
Tetra pack ? Or formula? Or something else? Pls suggest .

You can go for all formula milk which is available in India and do not worry about any type of infections from it.
you can go for formula milk consumption for your child after medical consultation with your dr.
you can go for any brand which is easily digestible by the child but if the child is not able to digest and has colic pain vomiting and loose motion or constipation due to a particular formula milk it is advisable to change the brand.
also if one brand is going on it is advisable to continue the same brand and do not switch to different brands again and again because many times it can lead to digestion problem.
so if a particular brand is well digested kindly continue that particular brand of formula milk
you have to follow demand feeding that is if the child demands more milk you can gradually increase the quantity .
