  4. When to take Pantocid HP kit? Or before?

When to take Pantocid HP kit?
Please let me know when to take Pantocid HP kit? Is it after meals or before? There are 3 tablets for morning and evening. When I take the tablets mouth gets bitter the whole day, also when I wake up the mouth will be bitter. Please suggest.
