When should I take vaccines in pregnancy

I am a 3month pregnant women. I have undergone ultrasound imaging in 7th week. Everything was ok, taking All 9 tablet regularly as suggested by my gynaecologist. When should I go for ultrasound imaging again, plz suggest. I have not taken any preventive vaccines for various desease . What vaccines should I take and when, pls suggest.?
