When should be second sonography done?

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant. The first sonography was done at 6 weeks. All blood parameters and reports are normal. I wanted to know when should I get my second sonography done. As I am not in the town where I got my initial checkups done due to certain reasons. I want to avoid any unnecessary visit to hospital setup amidst covid times.

Hello , First trimester screening is to be done between 10weeks 6 days to 13 weeks 6 days . That includes a ultrasound- NT NB scan , uterine Doppler and blood test -double marker test . This is a screening test for common chromosomal anomaly and major fetal anomaly.
