If your periods are regular and you get your periods every 30 days then your ovulation happens on the 16th day of the cycle. If you found the follicle ruptured in the scan done on day 20 then you should be getting your periods every 33 or 34 days.

The ovulation has happened on the day the follicle ruptured. If pregnancy is not taking place, get your husband's semen analysis done and go for insemination.
