When ever i vist doctor my bp shoots up
Hi my  doctor checked BP and it is 150/100 .. I said him my heart used to beat fast whenever I visit doctor. I am not having any headache ... Doc suggested me to go for KFT, Lypid profile, complete hemoglobin, sugar,urine, x-ray and ecg... Do I need to go for this immediately.. once I got back from doc than I measured the bp with machine and it is showing 135/95.

कुछ दिन अर्जुन की छाल चूर्ण1 tsf 1कप दूध और 1 कप पानी के साथ पकाये  दूध बाकि रहने पर ढंडा कर पियें  बार  बार का bp बढना ठीक हो जायेगा

Hello, Primary test is essential as it's essential HYPERTENSION. If CONTROL YOUR DIET N  BRICK walking  for twenty minutes two times. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Salad b light diet.its awesome.yet some or another day u have to go for test ok.
