When do we do circumcised for small boy
My son keep on getting itching and swelling in penis glans. Few months before doctor try to pull the skin upward, it has gone. Doctor told me to clean the area while bath. But he not allowed to touch. But i fried myself its not going upward. Is it really need circumcised at this age. 4yrs 14kg weight. Everyday night gets wet bed,... But confused to decided for circumcised is it Issue of him?

Your child might be having chronic balanitis, not an uncommon problem at this age. The glans penis and prepuce has to be clinically examined. Please consult with a pediatric surgeon for this issue. If the problem is persistent with conservative management, circumcision is an option.
