I have taken Ecosprin 75 mg for 26 days till now. Please advise if I can stop.. since 3 nights I get vomiting smell in mouth and go to rest room early morning two times (usually one time).

If you have been prescribed ecosprin 75 for covid and if you feel that you have recovered fully,cross a check with your d dimer levels and you can stop the dose accordingly.
The nausea and gastric symptoms that you are getting could be due to gastritis caused by asprin .
Start using tablet rabefast XL before breakfast and before dinner for a week.
If you are using ecosprin for heart issues you can not stop it suddenly.instead take the opinion if your cardiologist.
