Wheezing sound on inspiration
My baby is one and half month old is on antibiotics( cefixime),nebulization with Duplin,levosalbutamol syrup and prednisolone syrup for past 4 dys.he was diagnosed with bronchiolitis.he is still producing some wheezing sounds while inspiration.mainly during cryingn.should I be concerned.he is eating and sleeping well.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
The mainstay of treatment of bronchiolitis is steam inhalations and nebulizer therapy may help a bit.
If baby is feeding normally and passing urine normally and is active,stop oral medication,just give steam inhalations and nebulizer therapy.
