Hi my son age 3 years 2 months Weight 13 kg From. Days 1st stomach ups and down some wheezing sound dr told us. 2nd day fever 102 to 103 3rd fever decreased 4 th day again fever 101 Our consultant dr told us mild wheezing sound comes right side the chest Chest x ray normal CBP and CRP normal. Using medicine Augumentin 2 times Levolin 6 hrs 4 times a day Budicort 2 times a day Antiflu syrup 2 times a day Y fever not coming down after four days also.? Y wheezing sound..?

Add : do routine CBC DLC. AND CALCULATE ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT , IF HIGH TREAT IT WITH HETRAZAN. IF ANYhistory of aspiration do XRAy chest and think of foreign body aspiration. Brochoscopy to done to remove all foreign bodies.
