Hi Good morning.. Our second son. Age 3 years Wright 15 kg Frst time Cough cold High fever No wheezing Medicine used problem solved Second time again ( in 15 days) Cold stomach ups down while breathing Wheezing sound. Antibiotics and nebulization for 20 days. Problem solved Again in 4 days Mild cough Wheezing sound again started Pediatrician started Inhaler Levlolin ( when ever cough) Budicort for 3 months Is it correct Or should we consult u Or should we consul Pulmonologist. Plz plz plz give sugeions  plz give good sugetions.

We always give good sugetion.  Please count resp rate in one minute. If it is fast?  Wheezing sound is present according to you. Give bronçhordil syrup.1tsf bd.for 5 days. Steam inhalation . Any family history of asthma'? Though it is not very relevant. Best is divert his mind . Take him out for toll . Observe him. If he can run or not? Start Kadda , Indian herbs. 150ml of drinking water,+fresh crushed ginger,+Jaggary, +3 whole black peper, +3 'cloves. Boil it to concentrate to100ml  cool it serve warm twice a day for minimum 3days. Please report to me direct to know the response.I want to ask if there is any history of aspiration. Do not hesitate to consult  phsically if any doubt.  U can do video consult .or consult any pediatrician

Is there family history of wheezing, other allergies in the child like dry skin and scalp or eczema? Is the child is better now Then you should continue the prescribed inhaler with spacer No harm in it See to that the technique is correct Child is getting adequate sleep Garage the mouth after each time using the inhaler

Looks like WALRI Need detail history  and examination  at the time of episode .
Next Steps
now continue inhaler. in next episode if it is recurrent , need to ruleout bronchial asthama . Consult me or any other paediatrician
