I have breathing prblm frm past 20yrs.....i m taking following medications. Budemate200..2puffs if severe breathing condition. frm past 9yrs I m using this medicine.... Kindly suggest if I should chge the medications...

Hi. I understand your concern s. Taking inhalers only if you have breathlessness does not work it will only progress. Better to get a pulmonary function test done which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.

Hi If you have breathing problem, it shows your airway is damaged and it needs proper treatment. This medications should not be taken in as and when basis. It should be taken regularly. So better you do a spirometry testing and assess the level of problem and start the treatment. If you take the test done, post me for discussion. Take care.
