What to do?
Hey doc I am overall healthy 27 years old. I have been smoking for one year and I checked my blood pressure for 2 to 3 days straight. Getting the reading of 127/87, 120/90, 120/87. So, what is the action plan for this? Do I have to just start with medicines or work on my lifestyle changes? 27 Male Overweight High LDL cholesterol. 132 ( thanks to eating omelettes in butter) 😭

Lifestyle changes would be sufficient. Quit smoking. Exercise regularly for 30 minutes daily and have a healthy diet.
