Hi dr. Since 8 months i had knee pain, with slight warmness in legs but now past 1 month i had left face tightness and vibration feeling in head, i have calf pain muscles to, going through treatment. Mri back is okaya mainly trouble is with knees pls suggest ;(

Hello...... If MRI spine is normally you it could be sciatica or local injury ...in sciatica person will have shooting type of pain through out the leg... Calf muscle pain could be due to deep vein thrombosis ...further investigations like x ray, venous Doppler may be required. Consult general surgeon once.
