What is this
In 2024, I noticed small lumps on my palatopharyngeal arch along with mouth itching and consulted an ENT doctor. He said my throat was inflamed and prescribed Sporlac powder to use whenever the lumps appeared. Over the past year, I have again noticed lumps on one side of the pharyngeal arch. For the past three months, I have had severe throat burning but no pain. I also see multiple small white dots on my soft palate. Regarding my lifestyle, I consumed alcohol for two years but have now quit. I previously smoked two packs of cigarettes per day and am currently trying to quit. I have a history of eating spicy and oily foods for about four years and often ate late at night before sleeping immediately. I am experiencing significant health anxiety and frequently worry about serious conditions like cancer. I would like guidance on managing my symptoms and reducing my anxiety. Tell me whether I need to take any tests?

there is granulations on posterior pharyngeal wall which can be due to persistent irritation of mucosa there , this can be because of two reasons either post nasal drip or laryngoesophageal reflux. U need to watch for your symptoms and habits like dont stay empty stomach alot and avoid having spicy and oily food , tea and coffee, drink a lot of water And start steam inhalation for some days if u have allergic symptoms like excessive sneezing , runny nose on exposure to dust. You should start tab sompraz L empty stomach and tab belatin 40 in evening before food with syrup raciraft 2 tablespoon after major meals . take steam twice a day followed by azeflo ft nasal spray for 15 days . Get your serum vitamin D checked in allergic conditions vitamin D levels are quite low.

If still not relieved visit a nearby ENT
