I recently have mouth chat removal here ,i want to know what is jelly like skin coming over wound ,is it normal please tell me

I'm not sure I understand what "mouth chat removal" is....but assuming it is a surgery,the wound healing involves growth of granulation tissue which has a pink or reddish color.So it is normal.
