What is the laparoscopic surgery recovery time

Hi my mother is 56 years and had a fibroid in the uterus. She will be undergoing a laparoscopic surgery for hysterectomy. There are no other physical ailments. I would want to know how much time would it take to recover after the surgery is done? will there be any risks associated?
