Ever since I was diagnosed with keratosis pilaris, my doctor has significantly cut down my protein consumption. I am a gym trainer so I need my fair share of protein. Can a dietician or general physician please tell me what is the right keratosis pilaris diet? Is it possible that I take some amounts of protein every day?
