What is the best now on family planning
I have a infant of 7 months and would like to go ahead with family planning, post decision with family and spouse decided on this but not sure how to go about it. I am working with tcs and started my job post maternity leave need suggestions as I will not be able to take any more leaves till January 2020. Also corona scares me a lot to visit the doctor and further treatments. Need help
