I am a 36 year old male and my wife is 32 years old. She recently delivered a beautiful baby and we are now a happy family. Over the past week my wife has been behaving weirdly and she is very sad and tired all day. She wouldn’t talk much and go on as if she has lost something very important in life. When I asked my doctor friend about it, I came to know that these were the signs of post-partum psychosis. I seriously want to support my wife in every way possible and we love her a lot. How can I help her?
