Hello welcome to practo.com.you missed your period and you are sexually active I think,so report they gave show endometrial thickness ,and said you go for beta HCG test in blood to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

If you are not sexually active no need to worry about, it can't be pregnancy then. U can either repeat the ultrasound or have serum beta HCG test.
