What is going on please help

Okay so my boyfriend accidentally shot a nail into his arm at work it's a little piece that's is down in his arm . This happened December 20th and now he is peeing blood.... What is going on.He is blowing bright green snot out of his nose coughing up brownish reddish phlegm saying his lower abdomen hurts.
