What is bloated stomach meaning

Hello! I am a 35 year old woman and I have been experiencing bloating for the past 4 months. My stomach seems inflated and I look hefty. But, I don't eat outside and I strictly follow the diet chart prepared by my dietitian. Does bloated stomach has any meaning? I hope to find a solution here.

Are you getting regular menstruation .If yes then it is gastric problem.May be you are having constipation.Meet to doctor.Get done ultrasonography and TSH level .Drink plenty of water and donot take masala and sour things.
