Go for usg whole abdomen..to rule out pcod or other issues...might be pcod is the main reason behind your acne and weight gain.its better that you take proper ayurvedic treatment for pcod. Hi.. the symptoms that you have mentioned can mean different things..it may be pcod, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, stress.. I would suggest u meet a gynaecologist who will examine u and do the required test and once the cause is found treat u accordingly

Apart from that u can also do the following lifestyle changes which will help - avoid oily, fatty,fried junk food - drink at least 3 litres of water - exercise at least for 30 minutes 4 times a week - have a well balance diet which has plenty of fruits and vegetables - u can also do yoga to relax yourself
