What are the keratoconus causes
I am 30-years old and have recently been diagnosed with keratoconus. I always took care of my eyes and didn’t even need to wear spectacles till now. Therefore, I am highly curious to know what are the keratoconus causes? Is it genetic? Is there a significant decrease of some nutrients in my body? Inputs from medical practitioners would be great.

It's congenital but sometimes may be genetic and usually progresses till the age of 30 yrs.
