When children have a fever, they don't always need to be given medication to lower it. But it can be a good idea to treat the fever if the child is feeling extremely unwell or their temperature reaches 40°C (104°F) or more. Sweating is a side effect of Paracetamol. For diarrhea give ORS 25 ml after each loose motion Zinc syrup 20 mg daily for 14 days Breastfeeding frequently Khichri, ripe banana, lassi If child is very sick, he may require intravenous drip. For that go to hospital.

Hi, Nothing to worry.
Next Steps
After paracetamol the child will start sweating, hence the cold body. Always check temperature, if more than 99.4 deg F, then give paracetamol.
