Weird throat + lack of knowledge
The roof of my mouth is completely milky white in color, the entirety of my mouth is veiny & looks slightly irritated, my tongue is pink but looks yeasty maybe? My throat is sore almost as if theres drainage & theres what looks like tiny yellowish colored spots on the back of my throat. Nothing scrapes off or comes off & it isn't unbearable just weird. I smoke at least once a week and often share, and i did last night. Woke up with mild discomfort. No allergy symptoms to imply drainage but maybe

Hi, There could be many number of things, direct clinical examination followed by biopsy will help to come to a proper diagnosis. Starting from smokers palate to leukoplakia will fit your description.
Arrange an appointment with oral pathologist would be wise idea.
