Weird itchy burning marks. Tomtomorrow?

Ima start off by saying yesterday I used a body product from a company called "LUSH" I NEVER used there products before except for yesterday, an today I woke up around 1 something (p.m) & I'll say an hour after me waking up I got an itch an burn sensation on like,the side of my neck & it was a constant itch n burn, my boyfriend looked at it for me an it was skinny lines on my neck (like when a dog accidentally scratches you,but doesn't penetrate the skin,but your skin puffs up where the dog scratched you at, that's what it looks like) an on my neck like my throat area I have 3 dark circles which is my normal skin color in the middle, I took some vinegar an put it on the dark circles an on the scratches an it burned 2xs more than before, then the lines spread to my shoulder, it's only 2 skinny semi long lines.so I got some itch cream, & that help a lot it took away the itch an the burn feeling an the red color... .I'm goin to the doctor tomtomorrow
