Don't skip breakfast, lunch, dinner because skipping food means ordering the liver to produce more fat and to tell collect it. Eat more fruits vegetables in meals. Walk regular for 2to3kms. Drink sufficient water.

- Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Exercise regularly (30-45mins daily) do HIIT(High intensity Interval Training)
