Asked for Male, 1 Years

I want to know after 1 year how much he will gain every month. My son is 18 month but his weight is 7.8 kg. Last month for cough he lost 300 gm and became 7.5 kg and now he is 7.8 kg.. he takes 4 time food . What should I do? And how moch every month weight gain shoud be after 1 year. He is very active
