Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily or some relaxing exercise daily

Take salads, vegetable juices, soups more before lunch

Drink water by sipping just like tea always
Take 400 ml water in the morning on empty stomach before brush by sipping
