Weight not increasing in pregnancy
Hi doctor, My wife is currently in her 30th week of her pregnancy. At the onset of pregnancy her weight was 50 kg now at the 30th week her weight is just 52kg. She eats well and takes food on time. Recently we had a growth scan and found the baby's weight as normal which was 1350 gram. I am worried about my wife's weight which has just increased by 2 kg in pregnancy. Is it normal ? Will there be a problem if the mother's weight does not increase during pregnancy? Thanks
