I am weighing 93kgs and I am 5 weeks pregent. This was an unplanned pregency. I wanted ti know if I can continue excise and also dieting to loose my weight. What type of excise can I do other than yoga like dance . I am veggi can I control my portion of food and diet. Can I have green tea. Please advise

Madam.. this is not a time to diet or excercise.. it's better.. if u jus have adequate foods.. because it's not u now.. but ur baby requires nourishment.. so don't diet plz

Do regular walking
U can keep Ur weight gain under check
U don't need to eat for two people ..
Avoid rice n high carb diet
Definitely u can cut down on sweets rice potatoes oily fried junk foods and opt for healthy food which would be good for u and ur babies development.
Regular walks only is advised instead of any other exercise .
