Hey I ve been trying to conceive for last 4 months. I ve been recording my cycle properly. Avoiding alcohol. Eating healthy. No stress. Doing cardio exercises. (Are cardio exercises like squats, kicks, abs exercises fine to do?) What else should i try.

Take folic acid. Avoid anxiety. All the exercises are fine to do. reduce caffeine intake. Try having relationship at least 2-3 times a week. if still no results, please consult doctor as we need some tests to find out the cause.

Hi. You have to keep trying regularly with contact every 2-3 days. If still u dnt conceive after regular trying for 1 yr you will need evaluation.
