Please suggest me diet plan.before 3 months ago I had blood test which analyses that I had a blood
sugar level 175 before breakfast.my weight was 90.
triglycerides level was 275.After consulting dietician I started everyday walk for 30 min.stopped sugar consumption.everyday drinking green tea.eating a high fibre diet .Now I have a 85 kg weight.please suggest me proper diet to reduce more weight to reach 65 kgs.also tell me if I have to start diabetics tablets from physician.will my changed daily routine help me to achieve fitness?
